Dr. Scarlett Lu earned her Medical Degree (2002) from Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine in California. True to osteopathic philosophy, Dr. Lu’s approach to medicine is to investigate the various symptoms by looking at the whole patient and finding the root cause. Dr. Lu believes “most ailments have a basis in the kind of lifestyle we live specifically with regards to nutrition and exercise. We can optimize well-being through hormone balancing stress reduction and healthy food choices.” Dr. Lu maintains a private practice and is also a physician at Primary Care Center for the County of Sacramento.
